A specialist school in Ealing is seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with emotional and behavioural challenges in a structured, trauma-informed setting.
The Role
You'll be working closely with students across Key Stages 2-4, helping them regulate emotions, engage with learning, and build trust. Whether you're supporting one-to-one or in small groups, your presence will be key to creating a safe and empowering environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs - essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
- Immediate availability
- Calm, confident, and committed to inclusive education
