Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy distribution warehouse in Castle Cary. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in fast-paced warehouse environments, performing picking, packing, replenishment, and loading/unloading tasks to prepare items for dispatch.

Key Duties:
  • Ensure all processes within your area of work are followed each day and report any issues to your Team Manager or Leader.

  • Adhere to clear floor policies and follow the "clean as you go" policy.

  • Pick orders placed by online customers accurately and efficiently.

  • Pack orders ready for dispatch to meet company standards.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

  • Ability to work night shifts and follow instructions accurately.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

What We Offer:
  • £14.09 per hour.

  • Sunday-Thursday night shifts with 6:30pm or 8:30pm starts.
