We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Student Data Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Suffolk New College.
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll play a key part in the student journey — leading and supporting our Student Data Team to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of vital information. From applications and enrolments to exam registrations and learning agreements, your work will help create a smooth and positive experience for every learner.
You’ll work alongside another experienced Team Leader, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to ensure high standards are met across all campuses.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Proactive, organised, and confident in leading a busy team
• Skilled in managing data and processes with accuracy and attention to detail
• A great communicator who enjoys collaborating and problem-solving
• Educated to a good standard, with English and Maths at Level 2 (Grade C/4 or above)
• Holding or working towards a relevant Level 4 qualification
