Summary
See JD for detail, key duties include: Supporting the Professional Leads and Service Clinical Manager in the development and implementation of an appropriate training programme for members of the team across the locality, using information from appraisals and personal development plans Managing staff performance/disciplinary matters within the designated team, with support from the Service operational manager Taking a role in the local implementation and monitoring of clinical supervision/ practice support systems in line with relevant policies and procedures. Assisting the Service Clinical Manager and Professional Leads in the recruitment, selection, and induction of staff, as required. Participating in the development of clinical protocols for use within the Service.
