About the Role
As the EEM Reporting and Scheduling Officer, you’ll undertake a range of administrative duties on behalf of the EE Monitor team within the Energy Services area. These duties include but are not limited to responding to a range of enquiries from customers, administering site visits and responsibility for financial duties such as raising invoices and purchase orders.
To provide support for the wider service area where necessary such as identifying the needs of customers, be the first point of contact and then to address that need effectively and efficiently, or else by referring the customer to the appropriate department, partner or external organisation.
You will also be involved in the production of invoices for commercial and domestic customers, financial reconciliation and reporting and supporting the wider management team with the compilation of usable to data to help make fact-based decisions.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Sound knowledge of computerised payment systems.
- Knowledge of financial processes and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish the requirements, values, and stylistic preferences of a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
- Experience of processing and cleaning data, translating it into a readable format for stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- The role requires you to participate in the on-call rota.
