Summary
NCVS is looking for an individual who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. You will also be a skilled communicator, helping us to achieve a high level of customer service. If you would like to understand the operations of a busy charity and recognise that organised systems are essential in helping to build relationships and improve efficiency, this role is for you.
The role involves:
• Supporting the efficiency of NCVS workflow, systems and organisation-wide processes, especially by assisting the Operations Manager in maintaining a comprehensive database of contacts and activities using the NCVS customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Supporting the administration of data for the website’s volunteer brokerage system by accurately logging and maintaining volunteer opportunities and volunteer enquirer data. This involves direct communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation for data procedures, training internal users, and supporting external customers who require user accounts for login to organisational systems.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of office administration, with the ability to learn processes quickly as well as being able to identify areas which require development. You will be able to use Microsoft Office applications to a high standard and have proven experience of databases / CRM systems in a data entry, administrative, or technical support role.
A detailed job description and person specification is provided in the application pack.
