Summary

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Manage relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, and delivery partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to plan promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and performance presentations.
• Set and achieve sales and business development targets.
• Represent the brand professionally at events and networking meetings.



Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role (hospitality or food industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of marketing and business strategy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
