The College operates across two closely located campuses, next to the University of Leicester on University Road and a smaller campus at Regent Road.
We are looking to appoint a Welfare and Skills Mentor to join our Welfare and Skills team. The successful applicant will have experience ideally from working within a post 16 Education setting and from working with young people with learning support needs or from youth work or careers guidance. In addition, the successful applicant will possess strong planning, organisation and communication skills and with the broad work of this team, this post works across our campuses.

This is a permanent part-time term-time post working 30 hours per week commencing as soon as possible with a competitive salary on the SFCA support pay spine
The salary banding for this post will be 7 – 10 which ranges from £25,951 to £27,733 per annum (pro rata). The actual starting salary for this post is £18,269 but may be negotiated based on experience.
