The Designer will play a key role in shaping and maintaining The TEFL Org’s visual identity across all digital and print channels.

Working closely with the Marketing, Content, and Education teams, you’ll create impactful, on-brand assets that bring campaigns to life — from social ads and PDFs to web design, motion graphics, and email visuals. Support the rollout of refreshed brand elements across digital and offline platforms.
Create visual assets for lead magnets, brochures, guides, and presentations.
Design assets optimised for web and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with developers and the marketing team on web design updates, landing pages, and user experience enhancements.
Work closely with content writers, campaign managers, and the education team to produce cohesive visuals that align with messaging and goals.
Manage creative requests and deadlines using the marketing project management system.
Maintain organised design files and contribute to the development of a digital asset management (DAM) system.
Keep up to date with design and digital trends to keep creative output fresh and effective.
Ensure all designs are mobile-optimised and accessible.
Contribute ideas to creative campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives.
Develop short-form video or motion graphics for social and paid campaigns (desirable)

Key Skills & Experience

3+ years’ experience in graphic or digital design, ideally within marketing, education, or e-commerce.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
Experience designing for social, web, and email formats.
Understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and accessibility best practice.
Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
Experience with video editing or motion graphics desirable.
