We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Finance Team Lead to join our friendly, collaborative team in a key temporary role for between 6 and 9 months.
If you thrive on precision, love meeting deadlines, and enjoy mentoring others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! You’ll work closely with our Senior Financial Analyst and Payroll Manager, playing a vital role in month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
As a go-to expert for our Finance Assistants, you’ll ensure transactions are captured accurately and within deadlines, while offering guidance on technical accounting queries.
What you’ll bring to the team:
· Solid experience in bookkeeping and accounting using recognised software packages
· Confidence in preparing reconciliations and journals
· Strong understanding of finance-related legislation
· A team-first attitude and willingness to support wider office functions
· Integrity, discretion, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
