We're looking for caring, resilient individuals to join local schools in pastoral, behaviour support, or SEN roles, helping children and young people to feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

If you have:✅ Experience in safeguarding and supporting vulnerable young people✅ Strong communication and empathy skills✅ A desire to make a difference in education

You'll be working school hours (hello, work-life balance! ☕️), supporting wellbeing, behaviour, and inclusion within a nurturing school environment.

Requirements:
- A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to provide a minimum of 2 professional references covering the last 2 years.
