Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated person to join our team as a SEN 1-1 support worker. You will have the opportunity to work with an individual child or small groups of children with similar needs to support them to access our resources alongside their peers. You will be their primary support to engage within the setting and continue to develop at their own pace.
To work in partnership with nursery practitioners to assist children with
moderate needs and to support their learning in line with our curriculum, codes of practice and policies and procedures.
Working with individuals or small groups of children to support moderate learning, behavioral, communication, social, sensory or physical difficulties.
Developing activity plans to support children's next steps, working alongside a SEN plan with small targets and delivering targeted sessions using core boards and other communication tools to support childrens development.
This is a fantastic opportunity that will bring plenty training opportunities, experience and new challenges everyday.
Pay: to be discussed
Hours: Minimum of 10 hours a week with opportunities for more.
Days: Dependent on individual Childs booking (minimum 3 days a week)
