Hours of Work:37.5 Hours Per Week - Various Shifts Available: 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00

• Support adults to live fulfilling, independent lives
• Provide personal care and daily living support
• Encourage choice, independence, and community participation
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals

• Kind, patient, and enthusiastic individuals
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to complete Health & Social Care training (Level 2+)
• Flexible and reliable attitude
• Previous care experience helpful but not essential
• Valid UK driving licence (preferable)
