Nail Technician Job Description
Overview
1st Step Education & Training and 1st Step Nail Academy are recruiting for a nail technician tutor.
We require an experienced nail technician who holds or is willing to work towards a teaching qualification. PTTLS, DTTLS or QTS.
We require a professional nail technician who can deliver courses to a range of learners from 14-16 students not in main stream education as well as our adult courses.
The courses will take place in our purpose built training salon and off site in various locations for adults learners.
You will be joining the 1st Step Nail Academy and the courses you deliver will be pre-planned and resources provided.
This position will be on a self employed basis and paid £15 per hour and adult course rates are negotiable depending on experience.
We are recruiting 3 tutors who will deliver courses as and when required with a view to take some one on to lead the 1st Step Nail Academy going forward.
This role is ideal for a professional nail technician who would like to teach as well as continue to work for themselves.
A full DBS will be required and check-able references.
