Summary
Learning Mentor - SEMH & Dyslexia Support (Year 3 & Year 4)
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham
Salary: £100-£120 per day

Long Term Futures are working with a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham seeking a Learning Mentor to support two pupils in Year 3 and Year 4 with SEMH and Dyslexia.
This full-time, long-term role suits someone with strong behaviour management, good academic ability, and a calm, mentoring approach. You'll work closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and parents to help both pupils make consistent academic and emotional progress.
An inclusive and supportive primary school with a strong leadership team and excellent SEN provision. Located near major Hammersmith transport links (Hammersmith & City, District, and Piccadilly lines). Staff enjoy a collaborative, friendly environment with regular training opportunities.
