- Provide individual mentoring sessions to children with mental health or behavioural challenges.
- Help students develop positive coping strategies and improve emotional well-being.
- Work closely with families and professionals to create a structured support plan.
- Act as a positive role model, guiding students toward making better life choices.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working one-to-one with children with mental health or behavioural difficulties.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.
- Counselling or Psychology degree is highly desirable.
