Technical Document Controller | Cwmbran | Full Time, Permanent | Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 | £27,000-£30,000 per annum

You’ll be an organised, detail-focused individual with a passion for accuracy and structure. You will also have:

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience or qualifications in document management, ideally within an industrial, engineering or construction environment
• A sound understanding of document control principles and standards, particularly in regulated or safety-related documentation

What will your role look like?

As a Technical Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and coordinating all technical documentation to ensure it meets internal and external compliance standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing technical documents before release, identifying and correcting errors
• Developing and managing document control systems and processes
• Ensuring documents are updated, approved and distributed on time
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within documentation processes
• Overseeing the creation, validation, revision and release of documentation
• Conducting regular reviews to ensure documents remain accurate, current and compliant
