Your new role
They have an exciting opportunity for a Dual Site Registered Manager to join their dynamic team, overseeing 2 of their care homes. This pivotal role ensures the safety, compliance, and well-being of both staff and service users. You will:
- Manage day-to-day operations across both sites.
- Lead, train, and supervise support staff.
- Uphold CQC requirements and company policies.
- Conduct audits and health and safety checks.
- Coordinate service user reviews and ensure care plans are up-to-date.
- Oversee medication administration and audits.
- Participate in out-of-hours on-call duties (rotational basis).
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years' experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
- Proven track record managing mental health care home settings.
- Strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using evidence-based approaches.
- Competence in risk assessment and management.
