Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join their busy team in Runcorn. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse environment.

• We’re looking for a reliable and proactive individual who takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy warehouse environment. You’ll need:
• A full manual UK driving licence
• Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
• An FLT licence – desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
• A strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• To be reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• To be 18 years or older for insurance purposes
What will your role look like?
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our warehouse operations, helping to ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Picking, packing, and preparing stock for delivery and installation teams
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Supporting the wider logistics and project teams when needed
• Operating warehouse machinery and equipment (FLT use preferred)
• Assisting with general maintenance and manual handling tasks
