Contracts Manager - Regional Contractor
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge with a reputable regional contractor? Or are you an experienced Project Manager looking for the next step up?
We're working with a well-established business with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects across the Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Sports & Leisure sectors.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is seeking a Contracts Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a very reputable company.
What you'll be doing:-
Leading projects from pre-construction and tender stages through to site delivery and handover

Managing project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure programmes and budgets are met

Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and quality across the site

Reporting progress to senior leadership and maintaining client satisfaction throughout

Background in delivering projects in the public or commercial sectors

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage complex programmes from start to finish
