Summary
The Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in identifying leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has strong communication skills, and wants to gain real-world experience in sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients across the UK property and education sectors
- Support in outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
- Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations
- Work closely with the senior team on lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and progress
- Contribute to the development of sales processes and CRM updates
What We’re Looking For:
- Students or graduates in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in networking and client-facing interactions
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good understanding of sales techniques or willingness to learn quickly
- Freshers are welcome to apply
