Parking Customer Services Officer needed in Kensington.

The successful candidate will deliver an efficient and effective service to residents and other customers responding to a wide range of parking-related enquiries in the Call Centre, including parking enforcement, suspensions, resident parking, pay-by-phone, and disabled parking issues.
They will respond positively and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone and email and will provide accurate advice on parking issues, aiming to resolve queries without unnecessary hand-offs.
