Job Description
Live Life Aberdeenshire (LLA) has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join its creative team on a two-year fixed term arrangement.
You will be responsible for providing continuity of several work streams that are currently active. This includes commitments linked to arts and wellbeing initiatives, on the ground support for socially engaged creative practitioners and freelancers, interdisciplinary arts-heritage support as part of our commitments for a new museum of Aberdeenshire, and coordination of key partnerships in the creative sector.
You should have experience of commissioning and supporting creative practitioners across various disciplines and artforms with a commitment to ensuring an inclusive and accessible working culture. Be well organised with good organisational skills and capable of working with minimum supervision. Have a track record of building and maintaining relationships across a range of individuals, organisations and partners with shared agendas.
The successful post holder will be part of small creative team including a Youth Music Initiative Programme Coordinator, reporting to the Cultural Development Coordinator. If you have the relevant experiences, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.
The deadline for applications is midnight Thursday 27 November 2025.
Successful applicants will be invited to interview in Oldmeldrum on Friday 5th December 2025.
