Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Project Manager with a strong background in graphic design, multimedia production, and videography to lead our promotional and business development initiatives. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, managing projects from concept to completion that elevate our brand presence and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute creative marketing and promotional campaigns.
Develop engaging visual content — including videos, motion graphics, and digital designs — for social media, websites, and business presentations.
Oversee the creative process from brainstorming to final production, ensuring all deliverables align with brand strategy and business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop promotional assets that attract and engage target audiences.
Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize creative outputs for better results.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience (3+ years) managing creative projects in marketing, advertising, or business development.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and video editing tools.
Strong understanding of branding, digital storytelling, and content strategy.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Creative flair with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
