Summary
We are currently hiring Warehouse Operatives to work for our client based in Perivale, London.
Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, 4 ON 4 OFF - Hours are subject to change after training from 8 AM to 7 PM.
Must be fully flexible to work any 4 days out of 7
Pay rate: £12.50 per hour, Weekly payment
Overtime pay rate after 40 hours = £18.75
Warehouse Operatives Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer and store orders promptly
- Receive and check incoming stock deliveries against purchase orders
- Ensure all products are handled, stored, and labelled correctly
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to meet daily targets and KPIs
- Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors immediately
Warehouse Operatives Requirements:
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or stock handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and reliable - willing to work varied shifts, including evenings or weekends
