Summary

Provide dedicated administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operation as directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent administrative services and compliance monitoring across the contract.

Main Duties

-Feed back reactive and PPM worksheets through Concept CAFM system

-Complete COSHH and risk assessments for Rampton Hospital, and other sites when needed

-Monitor training compliance

-Organise training for engineers and assist them to complete courses when needed

-Act as the contract Waste Champion in collaboration with the client's environmental team

-General administrative tasks including answering phones, generating quotes, filing and archiving documentation etc.

-Experience/ability to use Concept CAFM system

-Able to work flexibly

-Willing to learn
