Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to take the next step in your career? Join the team and play a key role in supporting an exciting new project that will make a real difference to our customers and colleagues.

As our go-to administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the team, helping to keep everything running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Managing servicing records and ensuring accurate filing
Raising work orders for contractors
Uploading records for auditing and compliance
Supporting customer communications and diary planning
Being a trusted point of contact for the Property Operations team and managers
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain deeper insight into our Home Repairs Team, develop your skills, and contribute to a meaningful project in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About You

With experience of providing administrative support, you will be a self-starter with high levels of attention to detail.

Highly organised, you will have good IT skills and strong communication skills.
