Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our well-established client based in Avonmouth (BS10).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and growing manufacturing team offering long-term work and a great working environment.
Shift and Pay:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
Friday: 07:30 – 15:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

The Role:
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
Working on the production line and assisting with the manufacturing process
Loading and unloading materials
Operating basic machinery and tools (training provided)
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Meeting daily production targets
This is a physically demanding role, involving manual handling and standing for long periods — ideal for someone who enjoys being active at work.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
