At Workforce Finance, we are proud to be partnering with a highly reputable and well-established accountancy practice based in Redditch. Due to continued growth and an expanding client base, we are now seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their professional and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage and process multiple client payrolls accurately and on time
. Ensure all statutory deductions (PAYE, NI, pension contributions, etc.) are processed correctly
. Handle new starters, leavers, and amendments across a range of client payrolls
. Prepare and submit RTI submissions to HMRC
. Manage auto-enrolment pension schemes and liaise with providers where necessary
. Respond to client payroll queries promptly and professionally
. Ensure full compliance with current payroll legislation and regulations
. Support clients with payroll-related advice and guidance
. Assist with end-of-year processes including P60s, P11Ds, and related documentation
. Maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering an exceptional level of service

Attributes, Skills & Experience Required:

. 3-5 years' experience working in an accountancy practice-based payroll role (essential)
. Strong understanding of payroll processes across multiple clients
. Excellent knowledge of PAYE, NIC, statutory payments, and pensions
. Experience using payroll software such as IRIS and Sage Payroll is essential
. Familiarity with other systems such as BrightPay or Moneysoft would be advantageous
. Confident in managing multiple deadlines and prioritising workload effectively
. High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy
. Excellent communication and client service skills
. A team player who is proactive, reliable, and professional
