Summary

Are you a compassionate and reliable individual with an administrative background who is passionate about making a real difference in someone's professional life?

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Female Support Worker to provide essential in-work support for an individual in her workplace. Due to the personal nature of the support required in a professional setting, this is a genuine occupational requirement for a female candidate.

This role is a unique opportunity to offer person-centred administrative and light physical assistance, with a focus on empowering professional independence and managing workplace well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing essential administrative support including calendar organization, email management, and general office tasks.
Proactively managing workload and schedule to ensure the individual is not overwhelmed, helping her prioritize and structure her day.
Offering physical assistance with light duties such as moving items around the office.
Confidently responding to a medical emergency: Administering an Epipen and immediately alerting emergency services in the event of anaphylactic shock.
Maintaining a respectful and dignified environment while supporting the individual's independence and professional function.

We Offer:
Competitive Pay: Rates to be discussed based on experience and employment type.
Flexible Hours: Maximum of 2 days per week on a consistent schedule to be agreed upon.

Requirements:
Female candidate (Genuine Occupational Requirement).
Proven experience in administrative work (e.g., calendar management, office organization).
Experience or strong confidence in responding to medical needs, specifically administering an Epipen during an emergency (training can be provided, but prior familiarity is preferred).
A compassionate, reliable, and proactive nature.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism in a workplace environment.
