We are recruiting an Estate Ranger at Caerphilly County Borough Council.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization.

We pay an attractive salary of £26,403 - £28,142 and offer access to training and development opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team who are key in keeping our communal areas and wider communities clean and safe.



The post holder will provide excellent peripatetic estate management and street cleansing services, ensuring relevant premises and environments are safe, secure, and clean.



The role is varied with no two days the same, out in our communities working closely with housing and cleansing colleagues, to make our estates and communities an attractive and safe place to live.



For the role, we ask that you have:

Full UK Category C1 (Medium sized vehicles) driving licence which allows driving of vehicles weighing between 3,500 and 7,500 kg.
Knowledge of the County Borough and the services provided by Caerphilly Homes and the Waste Management Service.
The ability to listen to and understand the needs of residents and support them in a sensitive and effective manner, respecting and responding to diverse needs.
