Are you a motivated graduate passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brent (HA9) is seeking a full-time Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with special educational needs and help them engage with learning and thrive socially and academically.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychology graduate or someone with a related degree who aspires to work in education or child development. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils achieve their potential in a supportive school environment that values inclusion, growth, and curiosity.

• Daily pay rate from £95 to £110 depending on experience
• Providing individual and small-group support to pupils with SEN

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting pupils with SEN, including learning difficulties and autism
• Assisting class teachers with differentiated learning activities
• Encouraging pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Implementing strategies from EHCPs and liaising with the SENCO
• Supporting classroom routines, displays, and daily preparation

Ideal Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant for this Brent School:
• Psychology graduate, or someone with a similar degree and career aspirations
• Warm, patient, and proactive in supporting children with additional needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience supporting children or young people desirable
• Committed to full-time, term-time work until July 2026
