WEYMOUTH
Temporary on-going (Could lead to perm roles)
Rotating Early and Late shifts
Monday to Friday 39 hours per week
£12.45 per hour plus daily shift allowance £17.01 per day
Increasing to £12.80ph once trained

Our client is seeking LASER CUTTING OPERATIVE to join them on an on-going temporary basis which could lead to a permanent role at the client’s discretion. This role is very unique and requires someone with hyper focus on accuracy. You will be responsible for operating a laser cutting machine to create precision components. Maintaining detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Using CAD generated files operate laser cutting machines to produce precision components according to drawing specifications.
Must be able to work Monday to Friday rotating shifts between early and lates.
Shift times:
Early – Mon to Thurs 06.00 – 14.25 and Fridays 06.00 – 12.40
Late - Mon to Thurs 14.15 – 22.40 and Fridays 12.30 – 19.10
You will have:
• Experience using engineering machinery
• CAD experience or willing to learn
• Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and quality driven
• Dexterous, structured and methodical
• Confident communication skills
• Team Player
