Summary
We are a property investment companies with multiple properties and tenants/leaseholders throughout UK.
As we are looking to expand our property portfolio, we have an exciting opportunity become available for an experienced Web Designer.
Your role:
1. Company Website - Maintain, develop, design and test web applications and software
2. Set up a secure functional intranet portal - Designing and developing front-end and back-end web architecture
3. Maintain property related databases and update intranet regularly
4. Add online services to website for leaseholders and tenants where they can view rent invoices, submit maintenance queries and view property certificates.
5. Add online services portal for employees where they can view their HR/payroll related documents and tasks.
6. Set up company social media platforms - manage and maintain
7. Communicating both verbally and written with our internal departments and our external partners
8. Assisting HR, Payroll and Accounts teams as required, with their workstation set ups
Skill set required:
Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
Able to communicate technical issues to non-technical team members and clients.
Understanding of programming languages and servers
Understanding of hardware and networking
The ability to prioritise workloads
High attention to detail and excellent levels of accuracy
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence with IT and MS Office
Motivation and initiative
Team player with a professional willing and co-operative attitude
You will also be keen to contribute ideas to both the business development and the social side of the company
