An exciting full-time opportunity has become available in Grantham to work for a well-established Engineering company who are looking for a Trainee Panel Wirer.
THE ROLE
The ideal Trainee Panel Wirer will have the ability to work both within a team and on your own initiative producing work to the highest standard, key duties will include:
- Assemble and wire electrical panels according to specifications
- Utilise hand and power tools effectively to complete tasks
- Collaborate with Senior Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in testing and quality assurance of assembled panels
- Document work processes and maintain accurate records
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Panel Wirer will have a high attention to detail and possess the following attributes:
- Problem solving
- Working to deadlines and good time management
- Self-motivated
- Positive can-do attitude
