Mon-Fri, 6am-2:15pm / 2pm-10:15pm

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturing company in Bridgwater. This role offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with full training, career progression, and the chance to work within a supportive production team.

Key Duties:
  • Operate, programme, and set up production machinery.

  • Monitor and top up material levels.

  • Conduct fault finding and basic troubleshooting.

  • Perform regular quality control checks.

  • Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch.

  • Work effectively as part of a small, supportive team.

Requirements:
  • Previous production or factory experience desirable.

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and complete training before permanent night shifts.

  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
