Velox Social Care & Education are working with several primary schools across Basingstoke that are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate classroom assistants. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on school experience - ideal for those considering teaching, educational psychology, or SEND support as a future career.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a degree (preferably in Maths, English, Science, Psychology, Education, Drama or Performing Arts - though all disciplines are welcome).

Have some experience working with children or young people (e.g. youth work, tutoring, mentoring, childcare, or volunteering).

Salary and Progression

Starting pay for entry-level Teaching Assistants ranges from £90-£110 per day, with potential to increase as you gain more experience within the school setting.
