Summary
The Obstetrics and Gynaecology department at Musgrove Park Hospital provides comprehensive care to a diverse population across Somerset. The team includes consultants with subspecialist interests in maternal medicine, Fetal surveillance, diabetes and endocrinology, perinatal mental health, chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, urogynaecology, and gynaecological oncology. The department is home to a BSGE-accredited endometriosis centre and runs specialist clinics such as preterm birth, twin pregnancy, and rapid access cancer assessment.
