Summary
Join a well-established special school in Hounslow that supports pupils with a wide range of additional needs, including autism and complex learning difficulties. The school provides a calm, structured and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to achieve personal success and develop independence.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes teachers, therapists and experienced support staff. Together, you will help children communicate, learn new skills and take pride in their progress, both in and out of the classroom.
This is a hands-on and varied role that may include supporting sensory activities, communication programmes and life skills learning. You will receive guidance, training and the support of a friendly staff community that values teamwork and reflection.
The ideal person will bring patience, empathy and enthusiasm to every interaction, with a genuine interest in understanding how each child learns best. Experience in special education or care settings is helpful but not essential for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team where every contribution matters and every day brings small but meaningful achievements.
