About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, experienced individual that can join the team. Acting as an Assistant Manager within Sport and Leisure Service's, to improve the performance and delivery of leisure provision across the City. Being responsible for the leadership and management of colleagues to drive performance of the team and facilities delivering safe, efficient and effective facilities under the control of the Assistant Manager.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

· National Pool Lifeguard Qualification

· First Aid at Work

· Ideally Pool Plant Operators, if not expected to obtain with first 12 weeks

Essential Criteria

  • Drive and motivation, ability to deliver against challenging objectives
  • Ability to be creative, to be able to identify problems and work to create solutions
  • Evidence of actively working with others to improve collaboration internally and externally
  • Experience of the management of leisure facilities

- A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
