Summary
Knowledge of the application of all regulatory and legislative requirements required to ensure a Healthy & Safe environment including: Infection Prevention and Control; Safe Working; Lone Working; and Manual Handling; Patient and Customer Care (D). Basic knowledge of the law and Use of Force Legislation.. Patient and client interactions which portray a professional, supportive and caring service (E). Security procedures and protocols (D).
