Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
Assist in organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Prepare reports and presentations as required to support management decisions.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a business environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
