Job Description
We are currently recruiting Experienced Support Workers to join a well-established and supportive team in a large residential home that supports individuals with autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
Promote independence, choice, and inclusion
Support individuals in managing challenging behaviour in a positive and proactive way
Work collaboratively with a dedicated and experienced team
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar support role
Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or mental health conditions
Confident in managing challenging behaviour using a calm, professional approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must have the right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available
