At Care4uWWe Ltd, we’re looking for caring, committed, and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs in our Supported Living services.
Pay: £12.25 per hour | £58 per sleep-in
Hours: Flexible shifts including sleep-ins (rota-based)
Location: Reading
What you’ll do:
• Support individuals to live independently and reach their full potential
• Promote life skills, confidence, and community involvement
• Provide personal, emotional, and practical support
• Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of care
What we’re looking for:
✅ At least 12 months’ experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs
✅ A valid DBS
✅ NVQ/Diploma in Health & Social Care – preferred but not essential
✅ Compassion, patience, Caring
