Role Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils across a range of subjects.
- Create a calm and engaging learning environment, even on short notice.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines.
- Ensure continuity of learning and support for pupils during staff absences.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Key Stage 2.
- A flexible, proactive and professional approach.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
- A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
