Summary
Recruitment Professionals is working with a well-established nursery in Northwood Hills to recruit a passionate and reliable Deputy Room Leader for the 2.5–3s room.
This role is ideal for a qualified practitioner ready to take on more responsibility and support the Room Leader in ensuring high-quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the daily routine and activities for the 2.5–3s group
• Support staff supervision and room organisation
• Contribute to planning and observations in line with EYFS
• Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
• Nursery experience, ideally with children aged 2.5–3
• Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Team-focused and proactive approach
