Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded nursery in Northwood Hills.
We are seeking a dedicated Room Leader to lead the 2.5–3s age group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled practitioner ready to step into a leadership role within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the 2.5–3s room
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Supervise and support the room team
• Ensure the delivery of the EYFS and high standards of care and education
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
• Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
