We are proud to be partnering with an Outstanding day and residential special school supporting 97 boys aged 10-16 with a range of needs, including ADHD, autism, and social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
The school's residential unit provides a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for up to 20 pupils on weekday evenings, helping each young person build confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Child Care Worker to join the team on a maternity cover contract, starting in October 2025. You'll work alongside an exceptional group of professionals who are passionate about creating a supportive, stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
