TeacherActive are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in our Mainstream and SEND schools across Sheffield. We are looking for Teaching Assistants to cover day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements supporting children with their education. This is a great chance to gain an abundance of experience to add to your profile and keep every day exciting.
The ideal Teaching Assistant should have the following:
• A minimum of 6 months’ experience
• A calm, patient, and caring persona
• Good behavioural management skills
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
