JOB DESCRIPTION

Part-time Personal Assistant

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

A baby girl, nearly two, living in Beddau with her mum and new-born sister requires a PA to support mum with day-to-day needs.

I have complex health needs which are a diagnosis of hemimengalencephaly with right sided facial hypertrophy, macrocephaly and ventriculomegaly. I used to have many seizures but this is now under control following an operation. I am fully dependent on my mum for every aspect of my life and this will always be the case.

I am orally fed puree foods and my milk and meds via an NG tube. I sit in a specialist seat to support my posture.

PURPOSE OF JOB

At home support to work alongside my mum to provide my daily needs.

15 hours per week, usually worked 3 x 5 hours shifts

RATES OF PAY

£14.25 per hour
